"When I first looked for granite I came across you guy's which seemed quite lucky as you were so local, I contacted you and made acquaintance with Joel who from the point of first phone call through samples, taps, installation etc was absolutely excellent.

As you know we experienced a problem with a small area of the granite 'clouding' which was a bit disappointing, however what I must point out is the way that you all approached the problem; not once did you shy away from it and actually were a complete pleasure to deal with, I felt all the way through that all you wanted to do was make sure I was happy and that it was put right, unfortunately in all walks of life there are far too many people / companies who will simply walk away from a problem, not you guys. I am glad to say we resolved the problem very quickly and to my complete satisfaction, very well done and thank you.

In conclusion I would say to anyone considering where to buy granite from to buy it from you - we cannot avoid the odd problem in life and in my opinion it is how we deal with it that is the measure of our quality & in that area you are faultless - once again thanks and I look forward to using you again in the future for any granite needs."
