"When I first looked for granite I came across you guy's which seemed quite lucky as you were so local, I contacted you and made acquaintance with Joel who from the point of first phone call through samples, taps, installation etc was absolutely excellent.

As you know we experienced a problem with a small area of the granite 'clouding' which was a bit disappointing, however what I must point out is the way that you all approached the problem; not once did you shy away from it and actually were a complete pleasure to deal with, I felt all the way through that all you wanted to do was make sure I was happy and that it was put right, unfortunately in all walks of life there are far too many people & companies who will simply walk away from a problem, not you guys.
