We felt we had to contact you to say how very pleased we are with the truly excellent service you and the installation team have given us. These days it is so rare to find a company that offers such exceptional service from start to finish.
We ordered the tan brown granite from you early in November and advised that the kitchen work surfaces would be ready for templating on Thursday the 16th of December, you informed us that it would be tight but that you would be able to template, supply and fit by the 21st of December, in time for Christmas.
As it transpired, the kitchen installers worked extremely hard and on only the second day of installation (Tuesday 14th) we were able to inform you that the units were ready for templating, John came up to us at 6.15 on that Tuesday evening and did the template.
Imagine our delight and surprise when the NEXT day, you rang and said that the installation could be done on the Wednesday!! True to your word, Martin and the installation team arrived Wednesday at 4.00pm and by 5.30 it was completed – AMAZING. Martin even came back to install a section which you were unable to originally as the wall power socket had not been moved up. The installation team were polite and thorough as you all have been.
A truly incredible example of customer service and satisfaction, we know that we only live about a mile away from your base but still a truly great job done by all. A very big THANK YOU from us to all of you for making our new kitchen complete in time for Christmas, we will be recommending your company to everyone we come across who need the services you offer.
