Solid stone worktops are the perfect choice if you want the very best for your kitchen. Good-looking, hard-wearing, practical and value-enhancing; granite and quartz worktops set the gold standard in contemporary kitchens. Granite is so hard we can only cut it with diamonds, while its dense grain makes it difficult to stain. And with no two quarries producing exactly the same stone, the variety of natural stones available from across the world is breathtaking. Add in the breadth of colours and looks possible in man-made quartz and you are spoiled for choice. Whatever the look of your kitchen, there is a stone worktop for you!

Affordable Granite has been supplying granite worktops since 2003 and sources only the best quality stone. We use our own experienced team to template and fit worktops which we cut and polish in our Surrey workshop. This ensures a perfect fit and stunning results every time. We offer our Full Service (template, manufacture, delivery and installation) in London and the Home Counties. For central London and for the more distant parts of our area, an additional travel charge may be included in your quotation. In practice this means that all of Surrey and Sussex, London South of the South Circular, most of Kent and Middlesex, and parts of Hampshire, Berkshire and Essex incur no additional charge.

We are also often found to be competitive in slightly more distant areas, where the lack of more local firms means that we are regularly called on: we do work in Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Suffolk, and even further afield at times.

If you are any further away a template service will be uneconomical – you will find another more local firm, who can beat us on price. A supply and deliver service, manufacturing to customers’ measurements or templates, with delivery via a third party carrier, can be offered to any part of the UK, but is again frequently uneconomical and has a high risk element  of errors in  measurement and fitting or breakage in transit. We may well not tender for work of this kind.
