It isn’t that long since we first stuck our toe into the waters of the ceramic worktop market and began stocking a few lines, mainly from Global and Uniceramica. 

Since then, interest in ceramic worktops has only increased. We have found ourselves very thankful for our waterjet cutter as the ceramic worktops installations mount up, week on week.

Now we have taken the plunge much more thoroughly and have decided to stock the full range from one of the UK’s leading ceramic worktop importers.

Lamar are Indian based, with a sizeable production facility. Their materials arrive here directly, though a UK subsidiary, avoiding excessive add-on costs from a middleman. Our price to you is therefore truly affordable, bringing the technology and look of ceramic to our customers at a great value price point!

Like many other ceramics and even some quartzes, Lamar worktops are printed on – the pattern is strictly on the top surface only. This allows for hyper-realist patterns – effectively photos of natural stone – but also has the drawback of edges which hold only the background colour, rather than a “full-bodied” pattern.
