Although Affordable Granite is proudly based in Surrey, our vans are a familiar sight across Kent, delivering solid-stone kitchen worktops to homes throughout the county. We’re particularly well-known in the Borough of Bromley — including Bromley Town and the surrounding areas of Orpington, Beckenham and Chislehurst. Our presence in the area continues to grow, helped by the fact that two of our sales team have recently moved to Kent — as we mentioned in a recent blog post.

Bromley is the quintessential commuter suburb. With excellent rail connections to central London — Bromley South to Victoria in under 20 minutes — and easy access to the M25, it’s enviably well-connected. Yet despite its convenience, Bromley retains a strong sense of identity, boasting South London’s most vibrant traditional High Street, alongside great pubs, cinemas, and plenty of other amenities. It’s genuinely a lovely place to live!

With much of the town made up of leafy avenues lined with well-built 1930s semis and larger homes, Bromley is prime territory for kitchen renovations — including the installation of granite worktops. Our templating and fitting teams are frequently at work across the borough, where tastes tend to be on the classic side. At present, marble-look quartz worktops are especially popular, much as they are elsewhere.
