Introducing Woodlands 6338: New to the Caesarstone quartz Supernaturals range.
Since we began working with Caesarstone we have been really impressed with the quality of their engineered stone for worktops, and especially the amazing natural marble look they have achieved with their Supernaturals range. Woodlands is a superb new addition. It has a lovely rich dark chocolate colour with some slight darker mottle in the background. Lighter beige-cream veining gives it a depth and variation of colour that makes it look extremely natural, even surpassing the ever-popular Emperado from the same range. Added to this great colour combination it also has a very subtle sparkle, emulating the mineral Mica that you would find in a natural stone. All in all this would look stunning with a white, ivory or cream door, or with natural wood kitchen units.
As a bit of background, it is important to realise why so much effort is put into making artificial marble for kitchen worktops. It isn’t about economy: these products are not cheap – the multiple dyes and clever technology involved in producing the non-repeating vein pattern are state-of-the-art. In fact these stones can be more pricey than the very marbles and limestones they are copying. But they are worth it – engineered stone (often called “quartz”) is as hard as granite, and will not scratch or wear like real marble, let alone fizz and dissolve with vinegar, lemon juice or other common kitchen acids. We have seen a growing trend towards quartz with the natural marble look over recent years, and we are proud to be able to offer the very best such products on the market at the present time.
