Quartz Worktops in Kent

We may be Surrey-based but we love Kent, and we think Kent loves us! Since we started, Kent towns like Rochester and Maidstone have been regular ports of call for our quartz worktop vans, and this is on the increase. In part that is because two of our sales staff now have a Kent bias – Annabel & Andrew have recently both moved to Kent (Bromley and Snodland), and we tend to jump on emails that come in from our home areas.

In fact, we are based not that far from the Kent border anyway. We can get to Westerham or Sevenoaks, or even Snodland or Dartford, in the time we can reach Guildford, where the boss lives! We charge nothing extra for travel to most of Kent – especially the most populous areas nearer London – with only the coastal towns and country villages beyond Ashford picking up a surcharge.

Obviously, we install quartz worktops most frequently in West Kent (Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Maidstone) and the areas which count as Greater London (Beckenham, Bromley, Orpington, Chislehurst etc.) but we quite frequently make it as far down as Ashford, Canterbury and the seaside towns and ports of Dover, Ramsgate, Folkestone and Margate.

Kent benefits from excellent transportation links, making it easily accessible. The M25 motorway encircles a swath of the county, connecting it to Greater London and other regions. Additionally, high-speed train services operate from stations such as Ashford and Ebbsfleet, offering quick connections to London and continental Europe via the Channel Tunnel.

Kent has a diverse economy that encompasses various sectors. Agriculture and horticulture play a significant role due to the county’s fertile land – Kent is not known as “the garden of England” for nothing. Kent is also known for its manufacturing, construction, logistics, tourism, and service industries.

Kent has a wide range of educational institutions, including reputable schools, colleges, and universities. The University of Kent, located in Canterbury, is one of the prominent higher education institutions in the county.

Quartz Worktop installations in Kent

Overall Kent is less affluent than neighbouring Surrey, but this is disguised by a greater diversity of housing areas and stock. It is a county of contrasts, wirth extremely well-to-do neighbourhoods cheek by jowl with less well-off communities. When it comes to quartz worktops, Kent towns like Bromley, Tunbridge Wells or Sevenoaks are a fair match for Sutton, Leatherhead or Guildford. With quartz as dominant as it is in the Kent kitchen worktops market, it is no surprise to see one of our worktop installation vans in your road!
