Petts Wood is a suburb of south-east London, England, situated in the old county of Kent. Just south of Chislehurst, it is west of St Paul’s Cray and Poverest, north of Orpington and Crofton, and east of Southborough and Bromley Common. The area is part of the London Borough of Bromley and lies in the ceremonial county of Greater London.
With its lovely 1920s and 1930s homes in relatively easy reach of central London by train, Petts Wood is an affluent neighbourhood where residents value their homes and know how to maintain them. The general trend in kitchen worktops is towards white quartz, and the Bromley area follows suit, with stones like Carrara and Calacatta Marble (in quartz copies) dominating the kitchen worktop market here.
