Arriving in Sevenoaks
Sevenoaks is located about 21 miles southeast of central London, making it an ideal location for commuters. The town is surrounded by beautiful countryside and has easy access to several nearby towns and cities, including Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, and Brighton.
Sevenoaks has a diverse range of housing options, including period properties, modern apartments, and new-build developments. The town offers a mix of urban and rural living, with some areas being more suburban, while others are more rural.
Sevenoaks has several reputable schools, both state and private, making it a popular choice for families with children. Some of the highly regarded schools in the area include Sevenoaks School, Walthamstow Hall, and The Granville School.

There are frequent trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Cannon Street stations, which take approximately 30 minutes to an hour. The town is also located close to the M25 motorway, providing easy access to other areas.
Sevenoaks has a rich history, with several notable landmarks and historic buildings, including Knole House, Sevenoaks School, and St. Nicholas Church. The town also hosts a range of cultural events, including a literary festival, a music festival, and an arts festival.
Sevenoaks is surrounded by beautiful countryside, including the Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve and the nearby Weald. The town also has several parks, including Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve and Knole Park, which provide ample opportunities for outdoor activities and leisure.
Sevenoaks may be in Kent but it is only 40 minutes drive from our granite worktops factory near Horley in Surrey. As a result, we are often templating and fitting granite worktops here. Tastes are a mix, as elsewhere, with traditional dark granite worktops and all the rest running through to white, marble-look quartz. Homes in Sevenoaks vary in size too, so we are involved in everything from quite small kitchen worktop installations up to absolute mansions.
