NEW VANS WITH A NEW LOOK

The furlough and lockdown times in the pandemic period meant that our templators and worktop fitting teams gave our vans less work to do that usual. But wear and tear there has been, and the time to replace and upgrade has come round again.

Kitchen Worktop Templators’ Van – the Ford Connect

We have bought a Ford Connect van for our kitchen worktop templators. This is our smallest van yet for this purpose, which should help with on the road economy. That change in size reflects our own changing work pattern: since we have been using mainly laser templating of worktops we have less need for a long van with space for multiple plastic template sheets.

Because of its small size, we decided not to use images on the sides of the Connect. Instead, we have our logo larger than it would have been. The result, we think you will agree, is neat and smart and business-like.

For the granite worktop stonemasons and fitters we have bought a large Ford Cargo. This is the latest incarnation of the classic Transit, and should be a real workhorse for us.
Like the Connect, the Cargo uses our new logo and branding, but has the same images on its side panels as the last van we bought – Colonial White Granite worktops and island on one side and Cosmic White Granite on the other.

The steps towards seeing ourselves as AG worktops have taken a while, but the new branding seems entirely logical to us. So, if you see a van on the road with AG Worktops on it, be assured, it is one of ours!
